Returns Policy

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn & Unused: The item must be in its original, unworn condition, with no signs of wear, scuffs, or damage.
  • Original Packaging: Please return the shoes in their original shoebox. The shoebox is considered part of the product, so please ensure it is protected when you ship it back to us. A damaged or marked shoebox may result in a partial refund or refusal of the return.
  • Tags Attached: All original tags, including any authenticity and size tags, must be still attached.
  • Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Our Team: Please do not ship the item back to us without first contacting our customer service team. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with the return authorization and the shipping address for our logistics center in Hong Kong.
  3. Pack Securely: Place the shoes, along with the original shoebox and all tags, securely in a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
  4. Ship Your Return: Mail your return package to the provided address. We highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of Mind / Incorrect Size: For returns or exchanges due to a change of mind or an incorrect size selection, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Faulty or Incorrect Item: If you received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will cover the cost of the return shipping and send you a prepaid shipping label or provide other instructions to resolve the issue promptly.

4. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item (which can take up to 5 business days after arrival), we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Approval: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.
  • Deductions: Please note that the cost of your original outbound shipping is non-refundable. For returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria (e.g., damaged shoebox), a restocking fee may be applied.

5. Exchanges

We currently offer direct exchanges for a different size of the same item, subject to stock availability. To expedite the process, please indicate the desired size when you contact our customer service team.

If the size you need is out of stock, we will process a refund to your original payment method, and you can place a new order for the desired item when it is back in stock.
