5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

  • For Customers in the European Union (EU) and United Kingdom (UK): Our prices are exclusive of any applicable import VAT and customs duties. As the importer of record, you are responsible for paying these charges to the carrier upon delivery to release your package. These fees are not controlled by ULTIMACY LIMITED and are determined by the customs authority of your country.
  • For Customers in the United States and Canada: Most orders are delivered without additional fees. However, for high-value orders, local customs authorities may levy import duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient, as per international shipping regulations.

6. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We can deliver to P.O. Boxes using standard postal services. For APO/FPO addresses, please allow additional time for delivery, as these shipments are considered international and are subject to military mail processing.

7. Undeliverable Packages & Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Packages that are returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to pay customs charges, or unclaimed status will be eligible for a refund for the product cost, minus the original shipping fees and any return shipping costs we incur.
