The shoebox is considered part of the product, so please ensure it is protected when you ship it back to us. We highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.
